Reserved rooms will be available for occupancy from 2:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date. The standard check-out time is set at 12:00 noon.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made at least five (5) days before arrival will not incur any charges.
  • Cancellations made three (3) days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking amount.
  • Failure to arrive without prior notice (no-show) will result in a 100% charge of the booking amount.

Force Majeure Clause:
The hotel shall not be held responsible for cancellations or shortened stays due to force majeure or circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, fires, and explosions), civil unrest, war, and epidemics/pandemics.

Same-Day Reservation Policy:
Guests making same-day reservations must complete payment via bank transfer upon receiving the booking confirmation. If payment is not received, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
